Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Kripa Ghee/oil
  • 4 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1-2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 diced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kripa Turmeric 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kripa House Blend No. 27
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 400g crumbled paneer
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • generous amount of fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt to taste
Methods
  1. Heat the oil in large pan. Add ginger, garlic and chillies.
  2. After 20 seconds stir in the cumin and onions. Cook the onions until soft, stir in the turmeric
    and chilli powder over a fast flame.
  3. Add tomatoes and allow the juices to evaporate. Lower heat, add paneer and heat through.
  4. Season well. Add capsicum and coriander.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. This dish can be served for breakfast with toast or as filling in a chapatti roll.
