Peanut Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 portion tomatoe chutney
  • 125g Kripa Garlic Podi
  • 1 tablespoon Kripa Dhal Tadka
  • 1 tablespoon Kripa Ghee/Oil
Methods
  1. Combine tomato chutney and garlic podi in a serving bowl.
  2. Heat ghee/oil in a saucepan, add dhal tadka. Sauté until mustard and jeera crackle. Remove from the heat. Immediately pour over tomato-podi mixture.
  3. Stir, peanut chutney is ready.
  4. Perfect condiment for wraps, with rice or on your favourite bread.
