Mint-Cucumber Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 150g cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • salt to taste
Methods
  1. Clean and chop cucumber.
  2. In a food processor blend mint leaves and chilli with a little yoghurt.
  3. In a serving bowl add the cucumber, chopped onion, yoghurt and the blended mint and chill mixture.
  4. Mix well, add salt to taste.
  5. Serve chilled.
