Spinach Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach blanched and finely shredded.
  • ¾ cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of Kripa House Blend No. 27 – optional
Methods
  1. Add the salt to the yoghurt and whisk.
  2. Add the spinach and the cumin powder and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the chilli powder over the raita if using.
  4. Chill before serving
