The very first practice we learn in Vedanta is to know oneself before pursuing the path. To understand what are your proportions of mind and intellect before implementing the yoga practices. Well the same applies when looking for products for the physical body.

Understanding your body, skin is the first step to improvement. We are all unique and different. We have different skin types and guess what ? That’s alright, its perfectly you.

Dry Skin

Dry skin type has a pale, dry scaly appearance. Fine lines develop easily. Pore barely visible. Skin easily irritated

Oily Skin

Shiny, greasy appearance. May have enlarge pores. Produces oil in T zone and cheeks. Prone to blackheads, pimples and redness

Normal Skin

Balanced, not too dry or too oily. No Major issues. Mostly blemish free.

Sensitive Skin

Reacts negatively too many products. Blush and flush easily. May burn, itch or sting.

Combination Skin

Blend of dry and oily skin. It will be oily in the T zone and have a dry texture in the cheeks. Occasional enlarge pores.
