Jojoba (pronounced ho-ho-ba) is a plant native to the deserts of the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. The oil extracted from its seeds has a long history of use in skin and hair care.  Botanically known as Simmondsia Chinensis, and more commonly known as Goat Nut or Deer Nut – Jojoba is valued for its oil yielding capacity.
