Golden Turmeric

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (you can use dairy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kripa Turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kripa Maransellu 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice (adjust to taste)
Methods
  1. Place saucepan with milk over medium heat.
  2. Add in the spices, slowly bring to a boil.
  3. Add honey to taste and enjoy.
  4. This hot beverage is perfect in fighting symptoms of colds and flu.
